Refund & Returns Policy

This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the return, exchange, and refund process for products available on the website www.gocattles.com ("Platform"). By placing an order, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this Policy.

 

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds: To initiate a refund, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, undamaged, unused, and with tags.
  • Refund claims must be submitted within 3 days from the time of delivery.
  • A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must accompany the return.
  • Unopened units in a combo product are not eligible for return (e.g., if a product comprises 12 packets and 11 packets are unopened).

 

2. Criteria for Refunds: Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Defective item(s)
  • Item(s) damaged in transit
  • Missing product(s)
  • Receipt of wrong item(s)

 

3. Refund Process: If the refund request is accepted:

  • The customer must return the product, and the refund will be credited after a quality check by Gocattles experts.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain consumable items will not be eligible for return/refund/exchange if the seal is broken.(unless received damaged or spoilt) This includes food, grooming products, supplements, treats.
  • Requests for damaged/spoilt or missing products must be made within 24 hours, accompanied by visual proof within 3 days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

 

5. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us at contactus@gocattles.com.
  • The Platform reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, informing the customer via email/SMS.

 

6. Refund for Canceled Orders:

  • If an order is canceled, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

 

7. Processing Time:

  • Please note that banks or credit card companies may take time to process and post the refund.

 

8. Customer Responsibility:

  • Customers are encouraged to review product listings before purchase.
  • Gocattles/seller is not liable for returns/refunds if the customer orders the wrong item.
